Required Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include PhD in Genetics or a related field and certification or eligibility for certification in Molecular Genetics by the Canadian College of Medical Geneticists (i.e. CCMG designation or equivalence).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage all aspects of a fast-paced laboratory environment. Leadership skills are essential and must be a critical thinker to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced busy laboratory. Change Management skills and project management skills required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated relevant clinical and academic experience.
