Required Qualifications:

Active or eligible for registration with the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CARTA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a large progressive Diagnostic Imaging Department. CAMRT Registration. Registered Member of the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists. Good organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to cooperate. Ability to work independently and promote good teamwork. Demonstrates interest in professional growth. Perception, initiative, good judgement and concern for detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations. BCLS Instructor certification. Preceptor training required. Microsoft office computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous instructional and supervisory experience preferred. Advanced Certificate with CAMRT or Adult Training Courses an asset.
