Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active registration with the applicable professional association or college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor +/- Master of Science in Health Informatics or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a large, complex, diverse health-services organization working on medium to large scope projects. Experience with clinical/quality outcomes registries is mandatory. WCCHN works closely with software vendor CardioAccess and clinical outcomes registries STS CHSD, ACC IMPACT, PAC3 and PC4, and uses the IPCCC (international pediatric and congenital cardiac code). Training on these will be provided. However, past experience with or exposure to data submissions, data harvests, and diagnostic/interventional medical nomenclature are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Jira, Oracle Forms, SQL, and data visualization using Tableau or equivalent is strongly preferred. A background in Health Information Management, Business Analysis, Organizational Informatics, and/or Project/Change Management is considered an asset.
