Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s, with preference for Master’s level in relevant clinical health field. Minimum of 5 years applicable experience in addiction and mental health. Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act legislation. Demonstrated excellent communication, collaboration and group facilitation skills involving diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in translating clinical and legislative knowledge into practice, process document, guidelines, resources and tools. Understanding of Mental Health Act certification processes is required. A demonstrated, clear pattern of professional and personal development. Experience working across zones in strategy, protocol and policy development.

Preferred Qualifications:

A provincial view with understanding of both urban and rural is a strong asset.
