Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN, LPN). Minimum four years relevant experience in Senior’s Health/continuing care sector. Current professional license or active registration from appropriate professional body. Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills. Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills when approaching tasks. Ability to interpret and analyze data and conduct risk assessments. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook. Proven project management experience. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple demanding deadlines. Strong commitment to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:Case Management education. Experience with RAI – HC and RAI 2.0. Experience interpreting client care records or hospital documentation. Experience interpreting Continuing Care Health Service Standards (CCHSS). Compliance audit, internal or external audit or other monitoring activities. Knowledge of Alberta Improvement Way (AIW) processes.
