Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of 2 years recent management experience with an extensive knowledge of AHS Human Resources processes and collective agreements. Current BCLS-HCP. A sound working knowledge of electronic medical record systems including Connect Care, and Netcare. Excellent working knowledge and experience with RMS, e-people, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands. Demonstrated experience with the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Demonstration of excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills Self-direction, adaptability and flexibility required while working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and public speaking skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an ambulatory or urgent care setting.
