Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Child & Youth Care or a related field or equivalent education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post secondary undergraduate degree training in Early Childhood or other related human services field required. Experience working with families and children 0 - 5 years. Knowledge and experience in child development screening and family assessment. Knowledge and experience in coaching and adult education. Stages of normal child development; developmental difficulties; Family dynamics and development; family intervention; philosophy, principles and practices; Theories of play as an approach to teaching young children; Adult learning theories. Must have worked in an interdisciplinary team with OT, SLP and PT
