This is a professional role which requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline and a minimum 5 years of experience in IT and e-Health. Healthcare experience (either consulting, digital health vendor, or health system) is highly desired but not required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following set of competencies: Experience in aligning business objectives with innovation priorities. Excellent facilitation skills to define early concepts as well as complex technical projects with clear objectives, milestones and expectation management. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to process incoming projects empathetically, analytically, and strategically. Strategic mindset and the ability to see and act within the bigger picture while connecting dots and finding opportunities for collaboration. Masterful cross-functional communication with an eye for detail, an ear for important items and a focus on the concise and accurate delivery of key messages in all communication. Relentless focus on execution. Strong record of project management of complex, high-value technology-enabled solutions from seed to scale. Skillful at building consensus and making thoughtful, data-driven recommendations for project/program prioritization, solution design, issue management, risk identification and mitigation. Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and win the respect of your peers and stakeholders and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in a related field. PMP. CPA. Evidence-Based Medicine and/or Evidence-Based Decision-Making. Health Economics and Financial Management. Project Management. Group Facilitation. Adult Education.
