Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a health related area.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Recognized designations related to business analysis, health informatics, or project management. 3 years’ experience in business analysis and process improvement. 3 years’ experience working within a healthcare organization. 2 years’ experience in change management. 2 years’ experience with project management principles and processes. 1 years’ experience in information technology. 1 years’ experience in developing frameworks, policies, and standards. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical experience is an asset. Experience working with cancer data. Demonstrated ability to think systematically and critically. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders and resolve conflict. Ability to influence in a position with no authority. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to convey information or transfer knowledge. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, and evaluate methodologies.
