Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma or Baccalaureate in business, health care, project management, or other related field. Graduate degree in business administration, health care, project management, or other related field preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role for a healthcare organization (a combination of education and experience will be considered.)
Preferred Qualifications:Business Analyst certification. Connect Care Data Quality Analyst or Quality /Analyst Reporting Generalist. Project Management certification/training. Working knowledge of clinical informatics systems: Connect Care including Cogito, and Tableau. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to manage large volumes of information, and standard processes. Strong analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated to be reliable, dependable, and flexible.
