Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:2 years minimum experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 supply chain modules or an equivalent tier 1 ERP system as a super user; Experience with contracting, procurement, inventory, and warehousing business processes; Ability to validate the technical solutions against business requirements; Ability to prioritize business requirements, meet deadlines and work under pressure; Demonstrated business acumen and critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with supply chain and financial management processes; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; Ability to work in a team environment and support collaboration on team initiatives; Advanced skills in establishing and maintaining effective relationships; Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite of products, e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PPT.; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Supply Chain Management (SCMP) or equivalent designations.
