University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline is required. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, and CGA) is required (or close to completion). Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning and modeling concepts in addition to project management experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Superior analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organization skills. Must have demonstrated the confidence and ability to communicate and work effectively at a management and executive level. Proven leadership and team building skills for staff and the ability to effectively direct and manage resources. Ability to work with detail but also understand the bigger picture. Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments.
Preferred Qualifications:Health Care experience is an asset.
