Completion of bachelor's degree in Psychology. Minimum of two years' experience in a Mental Health setting. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS - HCP). Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification. Possession of a valid driver's licence and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel.
Additional Required Qualifications:At least two years' experience in behaviour activation, behaviour mapping and behaviour care planning. Experience working directly with clients with co-morbid mental health, addiction, behavioural, and physical conditions. Experience providing client-centered care, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, psychosocial rehabilitation principles and applied behavioural strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Recovery Approach. Experience in Solution Focused Therapy
