Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Audiology. Active or eligible registration with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP). Must possess strong assessment, communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Strong critical thinking and clinical decision making skills. Must be able to be self-directed and to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team. Must possess a sound understanding of the community and the determinants of health. Proficiency with various computer applications including word processing, e-mail, Internet access and data entry. Must demonstrate a strong patient/family centered approach to care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of clinical audiology experience, including a minimum of one year of experience in assessment and clinical management of infants and preschool children. Previous experience in newborn infant hearing screening and educational audiology. Experience working with interdisciplinary teams. Experience working in Connect Care.
