A diploma or post-secondary education and experience in one or more area: Business Administration, IT, Payroll, Human Resources, Scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and phone skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-directed, motivated and display ability to work with minimal supervision. Good organizational skills and the ability to work with interruptions and established timeframes. Well-developed critical analysis, problem-solving and judgement/decision making skills. A high aptitude for technology and analytical systems work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of health care and business processes within AHS preferred. Experience with ESP or an electronic scheduling system preferred. Experience with ASC or an automated shift callout solution preferred. Experience with the vFire ticketing system.
