A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a healthcare field is required, related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years healthcare management experience required, Seniors Palliative and Continuing Care experience preferred. Active registration with respective professional college.

In addition, the successful applicant will also possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Demonstrated knowledge of community agencies and resources to facilitate the linkage to appropriate services. Knowledge of seniors' health and life transitions and a working knowledge of health care system. Demonstrated ability to effect change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Client-focused orientation and strong commitment to quality team-based service delivery. Progressive leadership experience including coaching and teaching to inspire and build confidence in others. Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities. Effective communication with strong organizational & influential skills. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Ability to lead organizational change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders toward the achievement of organizational goals.
