Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information sciences, or related discipline or a mix of related training and experience. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a large and complex IT environment. Minimum 4 years of operational experience in supporting Citrix Xenapp/XenDesktop environments 6.5, 7.6 or higher or other Application Virtualization platforms.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Microsoft AppV, AD and GPO. Citrix and/or Microsoft related IT certification. Experience with ControlUp monitoring, Citrix Netscaler is desired. Experience automating the environment leveraging batch scripts, PowerShell, JavaScript or other technologies. Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team. Experience of providing recommendations for budget planning purposes and presenting ideas to senior mgmt
