Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field in conjunction with a minimum of two years' direct related experience or master's degree in a health related field. Experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting multiple measures data set. Experience in Mental Health performance indicator development. Experience in designing and conducting evaluation research.
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in health care, with at least some experience working as a clinician within a clinical setting (experience can combine time as a clinician with time spent doing non-clinical work); must have knowledge of clinical workflows within clinical care settings. Ability to be a productive member of a multidisciplinary team and also work independently. Ability to organize and facilitate small and large meetings and achieve pre-determined meeting objectives. Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers. Experience with negotiation and concern/conflict resolution for the purpose of balancing diverse and occasionally conflicting stakeholder interests. Experience with teaching/training adult learners. Highly motivated and proven ability to show an exceptional level of initiative. Previous experience using a clinical information system. The successful applicant must be solution focused and have a proven ability to solve complex and dynamic problems through the use of critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Clinical experience across the lifespan and across multiple areas of AMH (e.g. outpatient, inpatient). Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all kinds (e.g. clinical staff, managers, Executive Management, physicians, IT, provincial teams). Familiar with principles/models of change management (e.g. the Prosci ADKAR Model). Previous experience implementing/supporting clinical information systems, including developing clinical processes and workflow.
