A post-secondary degree preferably in a health-related field, Disability Management Diploma or equivalent education. Minimum two years experience in Case or Claims Management in an organization of similar size. Experience working in a health care setting, with large employers and in unionized environments is preferred. Competence in Microsoft Office products and a good command of the English language is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Facilitation and conflict management skills. Excellent Communication Skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability as well as patience and flexibility in facilitating stakeholders with processes. Strong team work, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
