Required Qualifications:

Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience will be considered. Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to convey information, transfer knowledge and foster change. Motivated and adaptable team player with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Passion for quality improvement and change management. Experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Ability to move others towards a common vision. Knowledge of corporate culture and ability to assess any gaps against key organizational objectives. Interprets internal organization/external industry challenges and recommends best practices to improve.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare is a highly preferred asset; preferably in Ambulatory or Primary Care. Experience with InDesign publishing software would be an asset. Working experience in Business to Business marketing would be considered an asset. Experience performing technology training in a healthcare setting.
