A certificate or diploma in communications, public relations, community development or related field. A combination or education and experience may be considered. Background in community or stakeholder engagement. A minimum of three years of public participation, communications, or community engagement experience. A demonstrated a clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:IAP2 training preferred. Experience in a related role in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is considered an asset.
