Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Adult Education or Instructional Design or equivalent. Formal training in eLearning authoring, with adjunctive audio-visual production, animation, graphic design and multimedia software experience and training. Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development within an organization of significant size and complexity specifically in designing learning interventions. Advanced eLearning development skills, and produce highly professional, quality products. Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites, eLearning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, and/or Articulate Storyline 360) and video. editing software (Camtasia and/or Adobe Premiere). Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Experience creating job aids, videos, and/or other self-directed learning materials. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Experience using various LMS/LCM/LMX, learning technologies, web platforms, software, and collaboration tools. Skillful at synthesizing information into reports, presentations, and other types of communication/learning documents.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Committed to providing quality services within a team environment. Experience implementing blended learning is an asset. Ability to travel province-wide on an occasional basis. Skillful at synthesizing information into reports, presentations, and other types of communication/learning documents would be an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding of the health care industry. Project Management skills. Specific experience with Adobe Connect, Zoom, Skype, AHS LMS (MLL) and other AHS tools is an asset. Experience managing projects and documentation using SharePoint would be an asset. Relevant certifications such as CHRP, CSTD, CACE, CCM, PROSCI, RPR or other related field to maintain currency and proficiency.
