Required Qualifications:

This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel.


Additional Qualifications:

Understand the needs and characteristics of adult learners and adult learning principles. Be skilled at interpersonal communications, all method of facilitation, leading group discussions and resolving group conflicts. Know how to use instructional aides and equipment (flipcharts, projectors, video players, presentation hardware and software). Have strong computer and organizational skills for preparing course materials and delivery of courses. Have working knowledge of e learning methods and tools. Able to work independently and confidently.


Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a field related to adult learning. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered. A minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development in a healthcare organization is preferred. Relevant certifications: CHRP, CSTD, CACE, CCM, PROSCI or other related field to maintain currency and proficiency.
