Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years related administrative experience in public health, or a similar setting is required. Staff scheduling experience, experience leading a team, advanced/intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: SharePoint, MS Suite, including Access, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Visio, OneNote, and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. The ability to work individually, and as a strong team player with strong interpersonal skills is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with in-house databases such as Netcare, CDOM, and Meditech is preferred. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes is preferred. Demonstrated experience using ASH ESP Staffing Services is preferred.
