Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:A diploma in Human Resources is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources will be considered. Experience using Taleo and PeopleSoft in a Human Resources role is required. A minimum of two years Human Resources experience is required. Considerable working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems, policies, processes, Collective Agreements and legislation. Excellent working knowledge of office software applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Skype, software and database applications.) Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize work. Excellent detailed analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, deadline driven environment is critical. A strong commitment to quality customer service demonstrated in previous roles is required. The ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute is required.
Preferred Qualifications:A degree in Human Resources is preferred. Human Resources experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Experience working in a Call Centre is an asset.
