Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of two years of experience in an advanced administrative support role involving operational and HR processes is required. Completion of a recognized secretarial or office administration program is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, RMS and WFM. Knowledge of standard office equipment, including photocopiers, projectors, and voicemail systems, is expected. The role requires independence, sound judgment, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. The position also requires the ability to bend, lift, push, and pull heavy items including medical and administrative supplies. Ability to consistently perform repetitive movements while standing or sitting. Able to independently manage competing priorities and adapt to rapid changes. Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role. Relevant experience in comparable operational settings considered. Internal applicants are preferred. Training in ergonomics or Workplace Health & Safety, as well as experience with payroll and scheduling systems, is an asset. Completion of AHS Required Organizational Learning is preferred.
