Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with the WFM Scheduler Program, staff scheduling. Experience demonstrating the use of related scheduling applications. 1 year of full-time previous equivalent experience in a WFM Staffing Services Office within the past 5 years. Timekeeping experience in WFM. Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
