Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support for Volunteer Resources, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and Lois Hole Hospital for Women, is responsible for department and program administrative assistance to the Coordinator, staff and volunteers within the department. This position requires a high level of independence, initiative, systems awareness, excellent computer skills, problem solving, and organization. This position supports and models a customer service focus by responding to standard and more complex requests from internal and/or external clients in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Coordinator of Volunteer Resources and collaborates directly with departmental staff and volunteers.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Office Administration Diploma. 1 - 3 years of proven administrative/secretarial experience with large traffic flow/volume in office is required. Personal volunteer experience is required. Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher is required. Minimum typing speed, 55 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:Volunteer Management Software experience is an asset.
