Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Executive Director for the Kaye Edmonton Clinic, our site is searching for an experienced and proactive Administrative Support V to provide high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office of the Executive Director and their direct reports. Duties include but are not limited to managing and maintaining calendars, schedules, and appointments for the Executive Director, preparing, and editing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents, minute taking, supporting recruitment processes and assisting with clerical program tasks. The incumbent must be able to work independently and multi-task with efficiency and competence and be flexible to accommodate changing workload demands and able to work under the pressure of changing deadlines. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), providing leadership support for quality improvement projects, leadership and mentorship to other portfolio admins, coordination of meetings, supply and equipment purchasing/tracking, document editing, data tracking, financial work such as processing invoices, payroll for the department and various other administrative tasks. The successful candidate must maintain a positive and professional image in dealing with a variety of issues of varying complexities. This position involves exceptional skills in organization, attention to detail, decision-making, and handling of confidential information. The candidate is required to demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal communication and must demonstrate accountability, confidentiality, flexibility, and initiative.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, VISIO, PowerPoint, Teams etc.). Ability to collaborate with a complex team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in event and meeting planning, minute taking, and data entry is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including physicians.
