Your Opportunity:

This position provides administrative support to the Director and Manager of Diagnostic Imaging. Working with minimal guidance and direction, they coordinate recruitment, and department supply management. In addition, this position analyzes financial information and prepares all invoices related to monthly reporting. This position liaises with WFM and rotation management to coordinate all staff-related activities. The Liaison ensures that the staffing and scheduling business in the unit/areas operates effectively and efficiently. This position coordinate medical student placement for the department along with providing radiologist support. The successful incumbent will perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature. This position works independently in a complex environment and performs multiple tasks involving shifting priorities and deadlines.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

RMS experience required. Oracle (iProcurement, iExpense and Markview) experience required. Connect Care and MS OFFICE experience required. 3 years' experience in a highly demanding work environment required. A minimum of 2 years' experience with ESP/WFM is required. Must have a minimum ability to type 65 WPM. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated administrative leadership experience. The ability to communicate effectively. Proficient in minute-taking. Must be self-motivated and can think critically. Must exercise professionalism, judgment, and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to attend to detailed tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to effectively communicate in English required. Sufficient stamina and dexterity to manage department supplies.
