Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:RMS experience required. Oracle (iProcurement, iExpense and Markview) experience required. Connect Care and MS OFFICE experience required. 3 years' experience in a highly demanding work environment required. A minimum of 2 years' experience with ESP/WFM is required. Must have a minimum ability to type 65 WPM. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated administrative leadership experience. The ability to communicate effectively. Proficient in minute-taking. Must be self-motivated and can think critically. Must exercise professionalism, judgment, and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to attend to detailed tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to effectively communicate in English required. Sufficient stamina and dexterity to manage department supplies.
