Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, tact, ability to work independently, good judgment to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders are required. Possess a willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and quickly learn new system implementation in a changing environment. Must be a leader, team player and have excellent organizational and time managements skills. Able to handle confidential materials and demonstrate strong organizational skills is necessary to work in this busy work environment. Ability to lead team meetings, resolve conflict and deliver excellent client care. Knowledge around human resources, knowledge and operation of the business, information systems, computer applications, budget and financial support, cost applications, infrastructure, asset control, purchasing, video conference scheduling. Must be proficient and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite. Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required. Reliable and proven attendance record. Knowledge of Projects and support strategies are considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:Three years of relevant work in an administrative support team position with proven supervisory experience in supporting a director position and zone administrative operations. A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered. Completion of a business program or equivalent 2 years post-secondary education (college level) in business procedures and office management. 5 years' experience in Addiction and Mental Health.
