Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision are required. The incumbent must have the ability to work within scheduled timelines, be flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of an Administrative Professional diploma or equivalent, previous relevant experience will be considered. A minimum of five years experience within a senior administrative assistant position is preferred. Advanced/intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio are essential. Knowledge of Alberta Health Services Policies and Procedures, e-People, Markview, and Oracle is preferred.
