Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to work in a virtual environment over Skype. Ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions and to prioritize and balance workload. Experience working with the public with demonstrated strong customer service skills. Telephone etiquette and skills required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. The ability to work individually, and as a strong team player with strong interpersonal skills is required. In this position you will be required to work day (0700-1515) and evening (1245-2100) shifts in a rotation Monday- Sunday. You also need to be able to go in person as needed to the CDC office.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in any/all COVID-19 Response Team, CDC, Public Health. Specialized external certification or training in areas such as SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Adobe Captivate, etc. Experience using CDOM is preferred. Experience or training using medical terminology. Experience with e-people and/or ESP. Knowledge of Collective Agreements within AHS.
