Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Unit clerk or medical office assistant diploma. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the use of the following software programs: Microsoft Windows Environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook Must be comfortable/fluent in speaking with medical staff and working in a fast paced & dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting an emergency or ICU department would be an asset. Proficient with using database programs with the ability to accurately enter patient information including medical information. Experience working comfortable in a team environment.
