Completion of some post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant). Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Additional Qualifications:Grade 12, preferably supplemented by post-secondary education in Business or related field. Experience working with multifaceted client and stakeholder groups including executive offices. Strong computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of computers and software required (Windows and MS Office - all components) complete with Excel knowledge. Must be proficient in working with several difference documents concurrently. Must have strong cognitive, analytical, and problem solving skills. Must possess good interpersonal, communications, and customer relation skills. Must work well within a team environment and independently.
