Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with health care technology and the ability to master new software programs. Experience in and knowledge of organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Experience facilitating, assisting, mentoring and or supporting colleagues. Experience managing and supporting various IT equipment such as setting up projector, laptops, audio devices. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods with extended computer use. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to travel to various classroom within the location to support end-user classes and launch of project.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience with Alberta Health Services. Experience working successfully in both collaborative and independent work settings. Experience promoting change processes in a positive, effective manner.
