Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience working within a team setting and proven problem solving, proofreading, organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in various computer applications including advanced Microsoft Office is essential. An ability to work with others through collaboration and cooperation in a team environment is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and REDCap would be an asset. 3-5 years experience in Administrative Support role. Event planning experience preferred. Experience working with research grants preferred.
