Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrates expertise in Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and Connect Care. Excellent written and oral communication. Advance knowledge of computer technology and applications Strong grammar and proof-reading skills. Time management with proficient organizational skills. Ability to work and problem solve under minimal supervision. Goal oriented, results driven with high attention to detail. Demonstrates excellence and effectiveness in communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work at computer station for 7 hours per day is required. Medical Terminology. 2 years of experience in a health care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems and processes; general office policies and procedures. Current surgical scheduling experience in Connect Care is preferred.
