Your Opportunity:

The Administrative Support IV position provides clerical and administrative support for a busy Stollery NICU Nursing Education program, located at the Royal Alexandra Hospital site. Reporting to the Manager of Advanced Practice Nursing, this position supports the NICU Nursing Instructor team. The incumbent of this position requires strong administrative skills to help support initiatives and workflows within the NICU Education program. Key responsibilities include the preparation of documents for new hire orientation, creation of posters, maintenance of staff education and skill rosters, and scheduling of meetings. Electronic maintenance of files and documents is required. The incumbent of this position may be required to cover during absences of other administrative staff within the NICU portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 education, supplemented with post-secondary or secretarial administrative diploma. Completion of medical terminology course. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in working with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated high attention to detail required. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
