Additional Required Qualifications:Experienced professional with a minimum of diploma-level education and over three years in a comparable, ideally healthcare-based, environment. Brings strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Recognized for excellent organizational abilities, strong data analysis and decision-making skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrates initiative and works well independently, while also excelling in collaborative environments. Builds and maintains strong relationships with physicians, program and portfolio leaders, and external stakeholders. Known for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and workloads. Skilled in managing diverse assignments and experienced with CAP processes for invoicing and contract management.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with contracts and payments within Medical Affairs. Proficient in DocuSign and SharePoint. Experience supporting Clinical Alternative Relationship Plans.
