Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, ERC, this position provides administrative supports to the ERC team. Duties may include: Provides reception for incoming calls, department visitors, and deliveries. Collects and maintains timesheets for ERC staff. Reviews timesheets for accuracy and completion, correcting codes as necessary as per the collective agreements. Enters time in e-People. Receives radiopharmaceutical orders from ERC's clients. Enters order details into RMIS software, creating and printing the prescriptions for the production staff. Maintains RMIS prescription information with order changes or cancellations. Orders Radiopharmaceuticals and Cold Kits from various vendors. Reviews invoices in Markview for accuracy and legitimacy and codes payment account information. Provides support for departmental meetings. Maintains filing system and files as per standards of Health Canada, AHS, and other regulatory bodies. Manages the processing of records sent to Iron Mountain for long term storage. Manages monthly invoicing. Including capturing and maintaining information on the monthly production totals of each product for each ERC client. Laises with courier company to arrange daily delivery of ERC's products to its clients. Maintains accurate inventory of cold kits between RMIS and storeroom. Removes expired kits from shelves. Facilitates communication between ERC, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during product shortages. Assists with shipping and receiving of radiopharmaceuticals and other products. Processes orders for supplies. Receives supply orders, prepares for QA release, and stocks storeroom.
