Your Opportunity:

This role provides expert training and access support, advice, direction and administrative support for all stakeholders for the Connect Care Program/Systems. With a focus on engagement and collaboration, the Connect Care Learning Support team, will work in partnership within and across diverse clinical, medical and corporate service areas within AHS, partner organizations, vendor and other external stakeholders in support of the Connect Care program and systems.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Customer service oriented and learner-centered thinking. Good understanding of the Health Care industry. Demonstrated, communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Extensive related experience in LMS as an administrator and end-user. Proficiency in MS office suite including PPT, Word, Project, Visio & Excel. Proficiency with Support Ticketing systems, working with support environments and IT access tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Self-starter. Can work independently. Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment. Time-management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

MS Office Suite, SharePoint, LMS training (MyLearningLink Session Coordinator) , Service Now or other ticketing system training.
