Your Opportunity:

Based out of the Edson Healthcare Centre, this Administrative Support IV position will support the Seniors Health manager and Seniors Health portfolio, including directly supporting the Homecare leadership team for the Edson, Hinton, Whitecourt and Mayerthorpe homecare offices. We are looking for an engaged, independent, organized, forward thinking individual, who has a passion in providing support to a busy and always evolving seniors' health portfolio. We are looking for a candidate that would feel confident in helping guide other administrative professionals in the area and help develop and work through processes to keep the entire portfolio organized, and able to meet required expectations and standards, as directed by the Seniors Health Area Manager.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role. Comfort and experience in all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in coding invoices, and pulling financial reports preferred. Experience in editing and working with Adobe PDF documents preferred. Experience in payroll and recruitment activities preferred.
