Additional Required Qualifications:A demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Strong track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent, effective communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders. Able to effectively balance multiple task management. Certification or upgrading in computer software application. Formal Education and/or Registration Educational / training requirements for the job (e.g., degree, diploma, certificate, courses, and/or designations/registrations). Minimum of a certificate in Office Administration is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum two-year related experience in a non-profit or volunteer service environment of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset. Experience in public speaking Experience in mentoring and coaching for success, as some of these job duties will be delated to volunteers.
