Additional Required Qualifications:Must have current experience with surgical procedures. Demonstrate an expertise in Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Connect Care, and NetCare. Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong grammar and proof-reading skills. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. The applicant should have strong Organizational and Time management skills. Ability to work and problem solve under minimal supervision. Goal oriented, results driven with high attention to detail. Demonstrates excellence and effectiveness in communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Genesys phone system would be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to staff with current knowledge of connect care surgical booking practices and related knowledge of surgical services at the RAH. Working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems and processes; general office policies and procedures.
