Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a strong aptitude for analytical tasks, including the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information in accordance with various collective agreements and AHS policies and procedures. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. The ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information within the framework of multiple collective agreements and AHS policies and procedures. Knowledge of Human Resources, leave of absence, occupational health and safety, payroll, and related processes in a diverse health care environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Proficient in client communications via telephone and email, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and address inquiries. Experience working within large, multi-union organizations. Demonstrated knowledge and application of integrated human resources information systems, like PeopleSoft.
Preferred Qualifications:The ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information within the framework of multiple collective agreements and Alberta Health Services, Alberta Precision Laboratories, Carewest, Capital Care, and Covenant Health policies and procedures. Experience in Query Reporting, Recruitment Management System (Taleo), Alberta Blue Cross flex system, MS Outlook, and PeopleSoft is an asset.
