Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of commercial/business/secretarial training required. Experience will be considered. Aptitude in Various computer applications (MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, Project, OneNote) Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Positive and friendly “Customer First” attitude is essential. Capable of working independently and under time constraints in a team environment. Accommodating, personable, and comfortable with a variety of different clients and customs. Responsible for a broad range of often unrelated duties, requiring the application of an elevated level of knowledge of a vast range of procedures and processes. Often required to independently, trouble-shoot problems and formulate quick creative solutions. Willingness to perform other duties as required. As the Connect Care Program Office is a provincial team, the incumbent is requested to assist with tasks across the province (e.g., onboarding assistance, room booking) This position is part of an IT Admin Provincial Support – a committee that the incumbent is recommended to participate in/with for updates and educational purposes. The incumbent may be requested to assist with duties within the Quarry Crossing Admin group. There is a bi-monthly rotation of several Admins that monitored the building as office support, responsible for issues/items like mail and delivery point of contact, and supply management.

Preferred Qualifications:

PROSCI courses are an asset. Various advanced current computer software courses are an asset. Good understanding of the AHS environment with knowledge of the complexities when working with Provincial Programs, Operations Programs, and other AHS portfolios.
