Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1-2 years direct experience working in the RightFax solution. Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Health Information Management (HIM) setting. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneNote, and Outlook) required. Experience in Connect Care. Knowledgeable in Privacy and Confidentiality regulations and organizational policies. Experience with applications common to HIM. Must be detail oriented. Strong communication skills, both written and oral required. Ability to thrive working virtually and independently with minimal supervision. Team player with demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative environment, organizing work priorities under limited guidance and direction and adapt to change. Demonstrates excellent customer service in every interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Other post-secondary education in business or health related field.
