Administrative Support III - Diagnostic Imaging and Audiology
Your Opportunity:
As the Diagnostic Imaging Front Desk Admin, your main priority will be ensuring that the Diagnostic Imaging Department runs smoothly. Regular Duties include Reception, Checking-in patients, Scheduling Walk-ins, and telephone reception. This role also supports payroll and the Audiology department through Referral entry, scanning and faxing as well as providing clerical coverage for other programs as necessary.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, timekeeping/payroll. Strong Organizational and communication skills required. Comfortable in busy reception area with distractions present. Experience with patient's, families and visitors in a clinical environment. Previous experience and training in Connect Care as an Ambulatory unit clerk or Diagnostic Imaging Front Desk required.
