Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
As an Administrative Support III in the Breast/Cervical Health Department, department you will be providing clerical support to the multidisciplinary team. This position’s assigned work includes: Greeting patients, Patient documentation, Data/Order entry, Telephone coverage, Electronic scheduling patients, assisting with the technical staff when required, unit statistical work, and working closely with other areas. To be successful you will demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork attributes, knowledge in surgery, work collaboratively with all programs and services, and maintains a positive, professional, cooperative relationships with internal and external programs, services and clients. This position is accountable for maintaining confidentiality of information.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Connect Care Training to support Ambulatory Care services. Experience with the Referral Process for Ambulatory Care in Connect Care. Experience in identifying stock and supply quotas, ordering and managing supplies within the budget allotted based on statistical usage. Strong communication, problem solving and conflict management skills. Strong clerical skills and experience with data collection, analysis and application.
